North Carolina Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations (NCAMPO) collects information from you when you register on our site or place an order.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

NCAMPO CONFERENCE 2016 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: All conference registration cancellations must be received by Friday, May 6, 2016, before 5:00 pm. All conference registration refunds are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received by email (hankg@cityofgastonia), fax (704-869-1960) ATTN: Hank Graham.

No Refunds will be made for requests received after that time unless proven to be due to an unexpected or extreme hardship. As a courtesy to the conference planners, written notice of your intent not to attend is appreciated.

Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow one to two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive conference materials.
